How does /v/ feel about the Shadow of the Colossus remake?
On one hand, it looks amazing. But then again, I've already bought the Ps2 version, then the PS3 HD version, am I really gonna buy it for a third time?yeah probably
I would've preferred an actual sequel though. I want 16 new colossi godammit.
>Ueda isn't involved at all
Shuhei Yoshida said that Bluepoint is remaking the assets while Japan Studio is working on something else he can't comment on. Perhaps we will see the return of original 24 colossi that game was supposed to have? That would be hype.

never played it. will probably buy if it goes on sale.
i'm not very excited but i'll still probably end up buying it tho
if there's even a single new colossi though I'm so on board

I doubt that.
Bluepoint is a studio specialized in remasters and remakes, I don't seem them adding anything new to the game.
But that would be cool.

they way I see it, is this is for the people that didnt have a PS2 or PS3, but bought a PS4

But Japan Studio is also working on it, they could be designing new levels / bosses.

You're lucky dude, it'll be the best way to experience it for a first timer. I love the game, but the original ps2 version ran at 20 fps, had clunky controls and some camera issues. Hopefully Bluepoint is gonna fix all that (I think they will).
The original game was okay, but I'm finding it hard to care. It'd be great if they could add the things that were originally intended for the game, like the, what, 15 other creatures that got cut. But otherwise, I'm like, okay then,
