Is this game vindicated now that we know it didn't

People might give it a chance, now that we actually have Metroid titles on the horizon.

Everyone saw it as a giant "fuck you" to Metroid fans, so nobody really gave it a shot, but it seemed like a decent casual co-op game.

We'll never get a legit squad based shooter where you can play as actual Federation Marines like the ones from Prime 2 and 3 because this chibi mech and robot soccer shit didn't sell.

pirated it with low expectations and holy fuck it didn't even meet those low expectations.

mediocre is being far, far too kind to this game

-awful artstyle
-terrible controls
-horrendously slow movement speed
-dull as ditchwater level design
-the 'puzzles' or 'objectives' are so basic as to be simple fetch operations, or bullshit like shooting an orb into a pit

it's so, so bad.
