Tutorial/opening world, like in Galaxy. It's most likely the top most island on the map, shaped like an upside down Mushroom.

Based on how the majority of Mario games and all 3D Mario platformers have Ghost Houses.

Based on the Cheep Cheep clip from the trailer, and most Mario games have water worlds. This one could also be a part of the Cascade Kingdom.

The reasoning for the Moon is based on all the hints we've been given. The song talks about going to the moon, the Power Moons, and the rabbit villains (rabbits on the moon is Japanese folklore)
