My personal two favorite builds were:

• Former Powder Ganger who used explosives and stole like a dick ass thief. Used the one casino mod to be that thief.

• Old man savant with 10 INT and 1 CHA, and low PER and AGI. Couldn't lockpick because of shaky hands.
