Do you listen to music while playing games, or do you make sure to listen to the in-game soundtrack and sound effects to get the full experience the developer intended?

I usually just listen to the OST but when farming in jrpgs it can be redundant so i just put on some good shit to make time pass faster
First time with in game music, second if the OST is good then always in game if not I bring my own

Depends on the game and situation.
Grinding in an RPG? Sure, sometimes.
Playing comp in CS? Never.
Umaru is SO cute.I listen to my own music when driving around in GTA V. Also emulating SSX 3 years ago, before the in-game music worked properly.

I'll listen to the game's music if I've never played it before, but if I've already finished it I'll listen to my fav tracks on my free spotify™ account.

I get super paranoid when i listen to music in-game, it always feels like im in a handicap if i cant hear my surroundings.
but yeah RPG + music always feels right at heart. Either that or stand up audios.
