Arcane Warriors probably end up using the best medium armor. Wade's shit, I'd imagine. The best cloth stuff ends up looking like this. Looks a little better on females, but anything but plate in the game looks terrible anyway so may as well get used to whatever.

This, basically. Every piece of the set gives stamina regeneration. If you don't want to wear the juggernaut set for resistances Wade's medium armor is the way to go.
