there's a couple mods to make the flora a bit more lush, if you're a graphicsfag I'd say those are pretty much a must

That aside, just try it out first. It's really not as bad as some people will have you believe. and remember that to some ""people"" skyrim is literally a screenshot simulator, don't follow their mod advice if you want a playable game
