Best for what? Best looking? That's Zora's Domain, place's neat as fuck, best to farm Lynels? That's Hebra, also it has the Skeletal horses.

I spent a lot of my time just climbing or gliding everywhere and now I kind of regret it. I must have skipped over a lot of scenery without realizing it.
