Capcom think they can shaft off the Japan Handheld market and that the combined PS4/XBONE/PC userbase will make up for it

there is also that unconfirmed rumor/ Leak that sony butt in some Cash for the project, not enough to get a full exclusive but that asked that the game were Consoles exclusive. so no Switch
