Speak for yourself. I was a diehard MH fan and bought every title released for the PSP. Then Tri came out and I bought a Wii just for that game. Guess what?

It was the only thing I played on that fucking piece of shit console. Literally every other game was waggleshit, shovelware, or a regurgitated Nintendo franchise meant for 5 year olds. Last time I made that mistake.

So ever since I've been praying for Nintendo to stop holding MH hostage and now it's finally a reality. Being a PS4 owner already, this is probably the most hyped I've been for a video game since TES:Oblivion.

I feel bad for actual MH fans.

I'd wager that most of /v/ doesn't actually give a fuck about Monster Hunter, but since it's a recognizable franchise that's exclusive to a certain console it's name is used as mere ammunition in console-war shitflinging. I remember that you guys had the occasional thread, maybe with 100 posters or so that would slowly reach the bump limit, now you have to watch a bunch of faggots act like MH is the hottest shit that everyone and their mother played with multiple threads a day until the hype dies down and it's never mentioned again. This is the exact same thing happened to Bomberman.

Hunters on /v/ were casuals, anyway. Always playing with 4 hunter parties while complaining about optional features. They deserve this.

Many years ago I made the decision to hack my 3DS, because I foresaw that Capcom was going to fuck us again. And they did, and I've already played XX thanks to my foresight.
