ARMS doesnt really interest me so I probably won't get it. Hyped for Mario Rabbids game despite me hating Rabbid games but the XCOM aspect looks fun. Pokken looks great. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has me hyped as well

the issue with fuck-all in the way of third-party support is that you have to entirely dedicate yourself to slavering over whatever tripe nintendo shits out in between decent games. i'm not so foolish as to consider PC indie titles from a decade ago worth paying for again on the switch, and i don't really care about easy baby games (kirby, yoshi, pokemon, musou garbage, kid-friendly xcom lite), so if you're any sort of legitimately discerning consumer, worthwhile switch games are few and far between, especially when you've already played BOTW, MK8, and skipped pokken on your friend's wii u. there's ARMS, splatoon, and mario, and that's really it for the year (presumably include xenoblade if you can stomach the combat). i refuse to buy a console to play three games a year.

Is anyone else's wrist strap attachments fucked? I've had my Switch for a month now, but never bothered with them until yesterday. I don't think Nintendo wants to make a more expensive Switch first. If anything, they'll make a Vita TV-like budget microconsole. No battery, no screen, just plugs into the TV, charges controllers and plays Switch games. Since it's hooked to the TV all the time then might as well add HDD support or something
