I bought a switch on launch day, powered through botw, and now it's sitting on my dresser collecting dust. Arms and Splatoon are fucking lame. I rented 1-2 switch and it was the stupidest fucking bullshit.

Honestly, I wish I had waited until the price went down. I'm not picking it up again until October. The only game that mildly interests me is the SFII remaster, which is, you know, a 20 year old game that I've already spent 1,000 hours of my childhood playing.

There's zero games on the console I want. There's the promise of a new Shin Megami Tensei game at some point, but after SMTxFE, my expectations couldn't be lower.

Switch has a good lineup ahead, but it's probably best to wait until black Friday and cyber Monday to get one because they might go on sale or have special bundles, and because there will be a handful of games out by then to keep you entertained until more games come out. Right now the Switch only really has MK8 Deluxe, BOTW, ARMS, and FAST RMX. Splatoon 2 doesn't even come out for a month.

The games stop after Mario and it's safe to assume without even a glimmer of Metroid shown it'll be at E3 next year and not released until the end of 2018.

All I wanted was E3 was some solution to the drought on Nintendo consoles so we don't get the Wii U 2.0.
