What are the chances of a PC port within a year or two? I mean, Sony doesn't own the Spiderman IP and this is clearly separated from the film universe.
I know it's being treated as fully exclusive but current trends seem to point to any game developed by a third party for a console eventually coming to PC, no matter how adamently it's advertised as exclusive prior to launch.

Except they do. They returned their movie spider-man license to Marvel-Disney in exchange for game license.
