/v/ needs more mods for the next E3. Video game discussion was borderline impossible for days because of all the triggered /pol/babies who can't handle a few black people in video games. Dishonored 2 threads were absolutely packed full of retards who didn't know who Billie Lurk is(because they never even played KoD or 2) and would spend all day insisting she was SJW propoganda.

Shout out to the one mod that publicly banned the false-flagger in his own op. We need more of that. True, it would initially derail threads for a week or so, but once it became the norm I think it would remind people that this isn't supposed to be a lawless shithole like /b/.

-permaban any alt-reich posts
-greatly expand the wordfilter to catch most if not all slurs

-reduce the criteria on becoming a mod

Remove /pol/, here's how:
1) /pol/harbor 2.0, no posting timers, no spam filters, anything goes, have a sticky or a notification (like the one about janitor hiring) saying that /pol/ is now the dedicated shitposting board
2) treat /pol/ as a non /pol/ board for the purposes of rule 3 (keep /pol/ in /pol/), meaning that /pol/ stuff on /pol/ is deleted instantly.
3) creative use of bots and randomized wordfilters/randomizers to either create new useless threads/posts or turn random posts into gibberish
4) hire a big squad of janitors and mods from reddit and antifa groups, the latter is preferred (provenience is very important for reasons that will be explained later)
5) notify leftist groups that 4chan's moderation team has finally decided to kick off racist fucks from the site (verbatim, this will ensure maximum influx of vehement anti-/pol/ posters)
6) Have the moderation team support the antifa posters in any way necessary
7) Continue until right-wing /pol/ is completely driven off from the site
8) Delete /pol/ as a board, imediately kick all previously hired antifas/reddit from the mod team, start purge of antifa reddit leftists
>since Antifa&co tend to fold quickly when the establishment is not actively supporting them, they will flee the site as soon as the moderation team turns on them
9) kick back and relax, 4chan is now apolitical

Estimated required time: 2 to 6 months
