Sadly Widowmaker is the only character that requires any sort of skill.
She is also severely underpowered and weak because DUD SHIELDS and also gets killed by anyone who has a close-in-gap.
Specially winston. just jump at her. throw a shield and there. hold down m1 while walking at her. she can´t do anything. even if she escapes with her hook, it has much cooldown compared to winston´s jump which covers a better area and has its almost instantly available after you use it.

The problem with Widow is the buttfuck retarded animations of the players you're shooting at. All their limbs and bobbing and floating around and characters like lucio and genji do insane acrobatics while they move around. However, their hitboxes stay simple. So where their head is at any given time is not intuitive at all. Or perhaps it is entirely "intuitive" in that you need to know it intuitively because the visual representation of their head hitbox is not where the actual hitbox is.

In simple terms, it's very hard to keep track of targets in overwatch in comparison to Quake 3 for example.
