I'm not sure why I am having more fun with this game in contrast to Saints Row 4 or Saints Row the Third. I would like to play Saints Row 2 but that requires me to re-create John Cena just so I could have some continuity. I am disappointed that they don't have you play as your usual character and that the cutscenes didn't recognize my SR4 or SR3 saves, but there is just something about this one that makes it fun regardless of the lack of traditional missions. I laughed when they poked fun at that aspect too. I guess it's because this game is set in literally Hell and you get to kill demons and shit with unique weapons inspired by the seven deadly sins. I played the boss battle twice now since I want to see all of the endings. The first time I chose to make Johnny the new King of Hell because fuck you that sounds awesome. Then I chose for the Saints to colonize a new Earthlike planet for humanity. How come I find things like this fun when clearly this was meant to be DLC for Saints Row IV? It's like me finding Half Life 2: Lost Coast more fun than the main Half Life 2 game. I also liked Saints Row IV because it was set in the fucking Matrix. Should I off myself for shit tastes in video games?
I personally like this game too, OP, but /v/ would execute me if I openly admitted this.
Are there any other open world games where the location is Hell?
Kill yourself.
