Can someone explain this to me? Why are they using fps and resolution like a selling point for a console? Doesn't that depend on the game that's running? I mean a PS1 can run pac-man at 60fps 4k can't it?

Obviously they're just gonna add more graphical effects to the games and put it back at 30fps 1080p, just like every other generation?
