Retro isn't developing it so it's probably gonna be like other m. I lost hype for it not that im a big Nintendo fan anyways anymore.

It means that they just started within the past month. We wont see the game released until 2019 at the earliest, and given how it is likely to go through some roughdrafts, I'd even say 2020 is when we'll get it.

perhaps. chances are, though, that only a couple of people have touched it and it only exists as written documents and some concept art at most.
