I'm really curious too, to be honest.
While Nintendo has a very bad trackrecord when it comes to dual audio, they aren't as autistic as before.

Considering what happened to BotW at first, it is pretty obvious Nintendo struggled to secure licence rights for the voice acting (the lack of voice selection feature can't be a programming issue, that's for sure).
The fact they added voice selection proves they can do some efforts if it is needed.

Overall, "if" the jp version has english text, there wouldn't be any reason not to have the dual audio in US/EU releases.
