Eh, depends on how strict their application process is. It should be better than the Steam implementation at least since you need a portfolio of mods you've done in the past and you can't retrofit old mods for the platform.

Of course, this wasn't covered in the conference for some ungodly reason(it's on the Creation Club page) so now they have horrid initial optics.
