From Software's new IP
No, I'm satisfied, Wolfenstein, Monster Hunter and Metro Exodus all look great, Odyssey could end up being the magnum opus of Mario and I got fucking 2 new Metroid titles.

I actually really liked the original Evil Within and Im really looking forward to both Anthem and the new Monster Hunter. It was a mixed bag but I found things I liked from all of the presentations.

Nothing, never had a console in my life or a pc that wasnt low specs for that time
No, im happy for nintendo fans
22
I was expecting a new announcement by FromSoftware and a new Bethesda RPG. Also other comfy new RPG IPs
I was disappointed as all fuck, in fact I came out of this E3 feeling like I wasted money on a Switch, because that spotlightade me realize I don't really like Nintendo games nor the multiplayer centric direction they are taking the Switch. This is the worst E3 hands down for me.

I was disappointed that there wasnt anything from Kojima. All they did was say "hey, they arent draining us of money and doing nothing. Promise"
I honestly wasnt expecting metroid, let alone another Prime game, but that 5 second jpg was so good to see
New mario looks pretty good.
Fire emblem warriors looks extremely boring. Just a reskin.
Im really looking forward to the new Wolfenstein. I enjoyed the last one and this one looks cool.
Farcry 5 did good by making a trailer more about gameplay than politically charged story. I want to do some hick shit, and running someone over with a Combine looks like something I want
Sony conference was so disappointing. It was all old shit. Almost nothing new
I really hope I can meet STALKERs in the new metro since you can explore the surface without a mask now.
Code vein looks neat. I love soulsborne so ill probably get it
Sea of thieves looks cool. I used to play GMOD pirates with some friends all the time,so this looks like it can fill that hole
IMO there were a lot of lows this E3. But the highs were pretty high
>>380328302
>23
The only specific thing I wanted to see was the Resident Evil 2 Remake. Aside from that I wanted to be pleasantly surprised by something.
I didn't get either, so a pretty disappointing E3 overall.

Bloodborne 2 and actually good releases by Sony
Extremely disappointed, with Sony at least. I may get an xbones or switch now. Microsoft did really well.

new Alien: Isolation
new The Evil Within
new cool indie game
>>were you disappointed?
pretty much
I am sure Creative Assembly are working on a new Alien, packed with a lot more action (ala AlienS)
also the new Evil Within.... it looks weird to me. I don't like the whole yoghurt thing, and the P.T. type of horror (weird shit that doesn't make sense, like infinite doors...)
I have yet to see some indies from the show floor
other than that, Nintendo>ms>ubi>sony>beth

>>380328302
20
Ori 2, Dino Crisis reboot
No, I got Ori 2 and I'm so happy; Metroid also outta nowhere
21
Aztec Souls and Death Stranding
I was hyped we'd see at least one, so yeah, disappointing. The only game I can say I'm looking forward to is TEW 2
>>380328302
23
Was just hoping for an overall good E3, so /v/ had a lot to talk about
Not even a bit. Besides Bethesda sucking anything else was really decent in comparison to the last E3. But boy, Odyssey looking GREAT, and SSS remake too
62
Pokémon for Switch
They did say that they were making one for it, so I'm pleased.
>>380339406
Are you not a bit too old for videogames grandpa? Pokemon of all games? Are you a pedo?
23
My biggest hope was that the new bioware edmonton IP might unexpectedly be promising, very foolish. I also wanted to see stranding, and TLOU2 gameplay, again foolish.
Overall: Losing faith in the hobby.
>>380340302
I've been playing videogames for decades, was my escape after hard work in the construction site.
But it was actually my grandson that got me into Pokémon back in the 90s.
Ever since Pokémon Blue I've bought a copy for myself and for him, we would battle each other and trade too, he grew out of it after Pearl hit the market, I didn't...
>>380328302

Bannerlord, Kojima surprise, TES VI
Majorly. Gonna touch maybe 3 games out of the entire conference.
A promising new IP. For as much shit as the 7th gen gets on here, if featured a fair amount of new franchises. This gen has been terrible in comparison.

>what you were looking forward to at E3
Basically nothing i just watched it to see whats getting released, but really werent hyped for any title in advance
>were you disappointed?
A little, when i heard the familiar AoE music and wolulu, just to be greeted by "AOE: DEFINITIVE EDITION", instead of "AOE4"
I play AoE2 a lot to this very day
>>380341856
That AOE part was just soul breaking. That was the part in E3 where I decided that I don't want to hear anything anymore.
>>380328302
22
Shit and giggles
Yeah-no
>>380342039
>That AOE part was just soul breaking.
I felt the same at first, but afterall this remaster does look way more polished and like more effort than AoE2HD at least.
If its an actual remaster and not a remake i am quite hyped for that shit.
23
Anything that looked interesting really, last year was so disappointing I practically skipped most of the live conferences and just checked the announcements.
Not as much as last year, there were some great suprises like MH World and Metroid Dual announcement. I was pretty surprised to see BGE even get acknowledgement this year but I'm kind of worried that it took a Prequel-Sequel approach instead of giving everyone what they wanted with a return to Jade and Peyj's adventure.

>Bannerlord, Dragon's Dogma
>Were you disappointed
A bit, I wanted a Dragon's Dogma sequel or at least DDO for the west, but I'm hopeful for TGS.
Overall I was pleasantly surprised by this E3, Monster hunter looks cool, so does beyond good and evil 2. I look forward to pirating Farcry 5, it's always fun to fuck around in.
Wolfenstein also looks alright, I look forward to pirating that as well.
