why does this game feel like it was made by Western developers, from the awful artstyle, to the odd design choices, and now the selection of characters.
Did Capcom secretly outsourced this game by any chance? I have zero knowledge who's making it outside of the big Capcom letters, but I seriously doubt is the same team that made sf4, or even 5

like at least mvc3 and sfx was visually sound and pleasing and the characters design worked and fit in the same universe while retaining it's iconic looks, it was consistent, even bad box art mega man was consistent.
