People are excited for Beyond Good and Evil 2 but are we forgetting that the first game was pretty bad by today's standards?

Combat was actually super fluid at the time of the original release, and open world wasn't a thing yet. The game was an interesting new IP and had some cool exploration elements. It was a great alternative to Jak II and the like, and is most remembered by people that played it as teenagers that had previously liked OoT and MM as kids.
Not even sure why I'm responding to this because you only played the HD because you're underage and Ubisoft is going to fuck up the sequel.
