when 4 came out bisons would just standing heavy kick to the top or spam scissors because people didn't know what to do. the casuals had such a hard time that capcom even nerfed him
once people learned that you can smash him if you jump a lot and use focus dash to get in on him he's cake. i think it was infiltration or poongko who commented that they've never found bison threatening and his nerfs were just kind of unwarranted
