How in the fuck did this game got trapped in development hell? Crackdown 1 and 2 were extremely simple concepts well executed ~~at least the first one was~~, why did they try to make this series the next big exclusive thing, with cloud-powered algorithms for collapsing buildings?

It was originally planned to be a online only game but they decided to get Sumo Digital to do a SP campaign while the MP Team just twiddles their thumbs
