Its transitions between areas instead of loading screens, not open world you morons.
However i am a bit worried how these will work, loading screens just teleported you so you didn't really get a feel of how long a distance between areas was, but if there was a transition you would really feel how long its going to be between areas. Unless all the maps will be new maps, even tho i really want to play forest and hills without loading screens.
My other issues are the detective fireflies, grapling hook and how much they are going to change weapons.
Fireflies seem useless, is it really that hard to see where gathering points are? And i really hope they don't lead you to monsters.
The grapling hook seems interesting but i hope its not a permanent addition and more of an item in your inventory that you use.
The bowgun change leaves me worried that other weapons will be changed, i really don't like the machine gun fire of the LBG, I just hope its a type of LBG and not how they all are from now on.
