I didn't play any games today, but I did watch E3. I think it was better than last year. I'm excited for the new Wolfenstein, Dishonored 2 DLC, and BG&E2. And I'm glad I could experience the Devolver conference + the following Twitch stream, because I think that will be one of those things that people bring up in E3 threads for years to come.

Decided to run through the God of Wars, currently on the second one. Does anyone have any PS3 recs? Only thins I have for it are MGS Legacy Collection, Killzone Collection, and Yakuza 4.

I'm really hyped for Re:Fantasy, I don't care if it's just a concept, I really want to know what it's going to be like. Other than that, Spooderman and Skull and Bones look really nifty.

Played a few rounds of Titanfall 2, there's a bit of fresh meat on the servers because of the seven day trial. Had fun going fast and melting Titans.

Also got some hollow knight in. I don't usually do Metroidvanias but this is scratching an itch I didn't know I had.

I've been meaning to get into Ace Combat, but their "holy trinity" of games is hard to come by. 4 and 5 are 40 bucks on amazon and I don't have any mom and pop stores around me. I heard that emulation is garbage as well.

Is it worth to get into the series starting with Infinity? Cause I have only heard bad things about Assault Horizon

Truthfully I've only played the trinity myself. If anything, I'd recommend asking the general on /vg/ if they're still around. That said, I don't think PS2s are too much to get a hold of, and modding it shouldn't be that difficult either. That's what I've always done when it comes to older systems.

They fixed that towards the end of last year. Zero and 5 run fine now on hardware mode. 4 is still fucky but can be run in software mode if you have a powerful CPU.

I've been having a surprising amount of fun in HotS, somehow.

I played Batman: Arkham Knight. I love that game so much, that now it crash a lot and i've send a lot of error messages to Sony to show them my discontent. Blu Ray my ass.

I want to play Nioh, The Old Hunters, Spider-Man: Bamham edition, Injustice 2 and so much shit i don't remember. Kinda feels good to be poor, that way vidya is still a luxury to me.

I still have some hope for the announcement of a new Bamham.

Man, I don't know how you could take it. After the Devolver Digital stuff the thing started and you had this one guy screaming about how he doesn't like frogs before bursting into tears at times, a girl who looked incredibly uncomfortable and terrified, and two guys slamming phones for about forty minutes. It just kept going and going.

Played payday 2 and tekken. Looking forward to lawbreakers. Even though the designs are bad, it's a pretty fast and high skill shooter.

Been playing through Yakuza 1 on my PS2 a couple times, second time with a guide because I wanted to get all the quests
Boxing one I missed the first time was great

Did you fight Amon or did you count that as "All sidequests"? If you want to fight Amon in 2 you need to make sure you get every single missable heat action and make sure you DON'T fight the Mahjong guard. Substories aren't missable barring the Mahjong thing but if you get a bad end in any of them Amon is completely dead for that file unless you revert the save back.

He's in every single game, I just wanted to warn you with him in 2 because if you plan on going to Premium New Game in it and you failed any substory it doesn't clear the list like in the later games or let you fight him unless you pick all the correct choices, and one wrong choice means a permanent stain on that file even if you met all the requirements which would mean a brand new save file or reverting back to when you didn't fail the substory.

Getting God Wars: Future Past, Valkyria Revolution and Nex Machina this month, I was in the beta for Nex and it was great so can't wait.
