What is the criteria for "Winning E3"?
Is it substance, as in who announced the most things (exlusives, new hardware, new partnerships, etc)
Is it entertainment? The overall quality of the presentation itself, the guest speakers, trailer quality, hype levels generated?
Or is it quality of the content announced, meaning speculated quality of games/hardware(s) that are presented?
I see a lot of posts maligning this E3 as shit, but I've seen a ton of very promising games (Monster Hunter, Anthem, Metro Exodus, the Last Night off the top of my head) at the Sony and Microsoft, and to a lesser extent EA and Ubisoft presentations. I think it's the lack of really "Hype" moments, as in long awaited announcements of sequels or returning franchises. These get you pumped (and also trigger fanboyposting shitfests)
