On PS4 Pro FFXV has 3 modes

Lite mode = 1080p 30-60FPS, runs mostly around 45-55FPS, no AF and lower res textures and lots of aliasing
Stable mode = 1080p 30FPS, stable 30, cleaner image.
High mode = 1800p 30FPS, higher res textures, AF, higher AA.

The XB1X versuib will most likely have a 60FPS mode or something.
