Can somebody help me remember the name of this arcade fighting game?

>in 2.5D (as in there were 3D models but only 2D movement - I could be wrong about this though)

That's all I can remember, I played it a few times in my local bowling alley as a kid.

Soul Calibur was a big deal in the 00s, but the machines are surprisingly rare these days. I think I've seen it twice since then, both of them being SCII.
