From the design direction in BB, I doubt they're going to release a sequel to it. Miyazaki seemed to be much more interested in taking a new setting and fleshing it out while making it distinctly different from his previous games. All that being said, I'd love a BB2.

Question is, if not bloodborne, then what? Not dark souls 4, for sure, that wouldn't sell well at all as a lot of people are still digesting Dark Souls 3.

Could be an AC game. AC5 and VD didn't do well globally but they did great in Japan, so...

I feel like Miyazaki would be much more likely to produce another BB DLC than he would be to release a sequel to it.

After the fall-off Dark Souls trilogy, it looks like FromSoft is best at making standalone games/IPs, and it should stay that way.

They should tackle something else. Something like a futuristic game with a similar formula.
