How does the xbox one x have the ability to run games at 4K 60fps

It quite simply won't run games at 4k 60fps. The ps4 pro was marketed as "4k ready" and has struggled to gte 1080p 30fps in prey.

(I might be wrong, and if it is genuinely 4k 60fps you should buy one straight away. I t wont be though)

The ps4 pro is capable of 1080p 60fps at a push, and 4k 60 is NOTHING like 1080p 60. Even if the xbox is better it still won't get anywhere near true 4k 60.

When the xbox360 was announced they said they targeted 60fps.
When the ps4 was announced the 3d hype was still being pushed and they said it will do 3d 1080p @ 60fps.

Also i have PLANS for this extra grunt already, i want to try that newfangled inverse deconvoluted raytraced gaussian lens aberration filter and i'm pretty sure you can't do that at 60 frames per second!
