There's no subscription so if you already have the game, there's no harm in trying again. It's a pretty shitty MMO and a shitty TES game, so don't expect anything good.

What do you mean by focus entirely on Elder Scrolls Online? That their 100+ employees are just going to sit around doing nothing and watch streams of a game made by a completely unrelated studio? Seems like a waste of a salary. Obviously they're working on a big game and it may or may not be TES VI. Either way, it will still be quite a while given how recently their last project, Fallout 4, came out, not to mention its DLC which the core level design team worked on.
