It's still gonna be extremely shitty in some way, shape or form. For fuck's sake, even when they have control of everything Obsidian now releases games that are still essentially incomplete but are done in DLCs. Pillars Of Eternity didn't even get decent until both the White March DLCs, and Tyranny is the same with its shitty cliffhanger ending. Inability to truly deliver a game that can be enjoyed standalone will always be Obsidian's thing, and it's nobody else's fault but their own.
