It's designed so that Chad can play Halo and CoD on the couch with his bros. PC gaming has a stigma attached to it which is the only reason that ALL consoles aren't obsolete.

The gimmick/selling point is that it's the most powerful console ever. Not every console needs a Nintendo style touch screen and waggle controls.

I'm not sure of the details but I presume that for the specs it has it is reasonably good value compared to a similarly powerful PC. (Somebody will probably fact check this and tell me I'm wrong but it's definitely the way they are trying to sell it)

It's either next level shitposting or Microsoft has gone all out with the marketing.

They come out of the woodwork every now and again but they'll clear off again soon.

If your console doesn't have exclusives, or at the very least a unique gimmick for interacting with games, there is 100% no reason to buy it.
