Swimming is only a meme if you take it to the max. It costs almost nothing to get to trained, and it makes you about 1.4 times faster in water. Without it, you are going to be like a fatty trying to wade their way through an ocean and with the lung capacity of a baby. Also, do not put a scope on a weapon that you put a laser pointer onto. It breaks the functionality of the laser point, which is literally 100% perfect accuracy.

If an NPC asks you for a gun, drop your good and modified guns on the floor and give them a trash gun. They will never give you the weapon back.

No. This gets posted all over the place but it is bullshit. Try actually playing the game and testing your damage with the targeting aug. It is exactly the same no matter what difficulty you are on. The only difference in difficulty is that enemies do way more damage.

Enviromental Resistance is the most pointless thing to invest into in the whole game. You always get a hazmat suit when you are forced to enter any areas where the skill might have some use.

Environmental resistance at least lets you be immune to bullets for longer periods of time which is kind of funny. The real shit-tier skill is demolitions.
