Ok, but keep in mind xbonex runs most graphically intensive games at medium-high "optimized" settings at 30 fps which is basically like playing pc games at 4k 30fps with an RX 580, GTX 980 or GTX 1060.
Also keep in mind that only indie games run at 4k 60fps (with drops).

Almost any PC with a modern (post 2013) graphics card can run older games and indietrash at 4k 60fps.

4k60fps with all settings turned to low is not impressive.
This is going to be the worst meme of 2018 when the XBOX looks garbage compared to the 360 even though the resolution is higher.
