What are some truly challenging games?
Hard mode: No artificial difficulty or making the game tedious by having no checkpoints etc.

Starcraft is the most challenging game because it's real time strategy, unit and resource management, and forethought.

No RTS has been made on Starcraft's caliber in almost 20 years.
