The Crusader Skirmishes have 50 fucking levels and I am getting DESTROYED on the 2nd one.

I could only beat the first one by cheesing the shit AI with walls blocking troop paths.

Doesn't the guy in the 2nd level just rush your farms with slaves?

Maybe you're not building enough stuff? You want to get a huge economy going asap to start pumping out troops (not the mercenaries) and siege.

Git gud just focus on getting your (low) walls up, get 150% efficiency using gibbets, gallows, and that other bad shit, and raise an army of crossbowmen, portable shields to protect them, and as many fire ballistae as you can construct. Focus on nothing but hops, wheat, and a couple dairy farms. Build low walls and a gatehouse around the farms so the fucking slaves don't raze them. But this is just my autistic strategy for the Skirmish Trail.
