I've been going through this game assuming that the use of the word "adults" is a bit of a loose translation since Japan does have a legitimate problem of the younger being kept down by their elders, but that usually applies to ANYONE being the younger person in any interaction.

Well, "Eff" is shorthand for "fuck" which in this context is wishing them misfortune. "Stinkin" is a colloquialism for "stinking" which is a way of calling them rotten or undesirable. "Adults" is a term for someone that has reached maturity. Usually referring to someone over the age of 18.
