Remember a time when you didn't read up about games 24/7? A time when you'd see cool games in a magazine and you'd buy it and actually enjoy it?
Announcing and revealing games years ahead of time is cancer.

I'm not boycotting E3 but I do miss the days when I'd read the game magazines and nearly all of them would release only a month or so later so I wouldnt need to wait long, fucking shit of the hey heres a cool game but its not out for 3 years :))) fucking dumb e3 faggots

No. Personally games can't hold my attention anymore. Breath of the wild was the first game to grip me in 5 years. It feels like devs aren't listening to their fans anymore and are stumbling over each other trying to copy each other.
There's significantly less games being pumped out than there were 10 years ago. But there's no variation in them, they're all similar. They've flooded the market with bland repetitive shit. Until games start innovating again, games will be boring to me.
Shit that fucking coop prison game will be one of the best things to come out of E3 and by my own admissions it's still not doing a whole lot to be different outside of co-op.
