This is the real issue.

It's the only way such unintuitive, "skill" intensive, poopsocking nonsense as Dota and League get as much traffic as they do because you can blame every shitty thing that happens on someone else and still act like you're the only nibba in the game who knows what's going on.

Even games like TF2 managed to avoid this by placing a huge emphasis on individual skill/contributions to a team without shiny multicolor "kill everyone now" buttons and skills that made characters completely mismatched.
