You'll get the stuff in a week or so if you watch using a mixer account linked to your microsoft account. You don't have to watch from your Xbox even a phone will work as long as you're logged in. Go to mixer.com/xbox in an hour and a half if you're logged in. It's most likely going to be first party Xbox One games and DLC.

Everybody with a Microsoft account/gamertag attached to the Mixer account should get the games and extra content about a week after. You must do this before the stream and probably end up watching most of it.
