Sports games, racing games and strategy games are your lot in life. I think for the Dutch at least, there are some Viking games which include Frisia.

The only time I really hear Scottish voices in video games is in RPGs where they need to differentiate the origin of a character from others.

That and Fergus from Wolfenstein. The country itself is barely ever in the video game and even when it is its completely un-recognisable like Uncharted 4.

The only thing I can think of is a map in Killing Floor 2, that takes place in Helsingor. It's a pretty funny map if youre a scandibro, but like that's about it for Denmark.

There's also a brief scene of Helsinki in No One Lives Forever. There's a few Lapland levels in Transworld Snowboarding. Dirt Rally has Jämsä and I'm fairly sure Resident Evil Revelations has some scenes in Lapland too (Valkoinen Mökki Airport).
