There was an HD remake of DS and the C64 game Hard'n'Heavy started out life as a sequel to the original.

Giana Sisters isn't too bad but the Bubsy trailer looks like a really lazy reskin of that game. It reeks of shovelware trying to cash in on the memes and I don't think we can expect too much from these devs.
