The puzzles aren't hard senpai.

It's more the encounter rate while doing said puzzles, and rpg maker games all play the same so you're in it for the writing and plot anyhow.

Random encounters are what turn me off from these types of games. I don't find RPG maker combat to be engaging in any way, and I definitely don't need it stopping me in my tracks every 5 seconds.
