Captain America doesn't really have an interesting power set though so it would be kind of boring. Spider-man has stuff that makes playing as him different than 90% of other beat em ups. Even Batman has gadgets and stuff but Captain America just has a shield.

Not saying hes not a good character but it wouldn't really be that interesting of a game. Also Spider-man is the mascot of Marvel and pretty much the most important character
