If they poison it they would do just as harm to themselves as the ncr. Let me explain.

If they poison the lake the whole area becomes EXTREMELY devalued, both sides rely on that water to fuel there army. and vegas relys on it to. No lake mead = no vegas. It's a small thing, but it was one of the weirdest encounters I've ever had in this game. There was no reason for him to be there, and there weren't any Legion controlled zones anywhere near the bottling plant so why the fuck was he there? I was playing vanilla too, so there couldn't have been any mods screwing with NPC spawns or anything like that. I remember there being cases in Fallout 3 where one of the weapon merchants from Rivet City would just go rogue and wander across the wasteland for no reason, but that was the on and only time I ever saw a Legionary, or any other NPC, do that sort of thing.

You have reminded me of a similar thing that happened to me in Oblivion.

Oblivion ai does the weirdest shit. Those two Imperial Guard archers in the northern part of the map always try to kill each other because one of them likes to hunt the local wildlife, and the other guard always sides with the animals for some reason so they always end up fighting to the death. I get why they gutted that system for future games, but I wish they kept it just because of weird shit like that happening in the wild all the time.

Animation project and jswayer ultimate both have sprint options, although sometimes with the animation project one when I tried to sprint in first person my character would actually move slower. Only solution I found was to load a save before it happened.

Also yes, weapon animation replacer causes your gun to do that when hip firing.

New Vegas uncut and Uncut Wasteland are obvious choices, as their names imply, it restores content which was cut but more or less exists within the game files.

Enhanced camera is also pretty neat. I have no idea why first person games don't show the chest and legs when you look down.
