If done properly, the movement system in Other M could really help push the franchise forwards into new/better areas.

They could work it to create some new suit upgrades, areas and environment puzzles and have some interesting boss fights.

Combat could also be improved, other m showed its possible to have some sort of melee system in a Metroid game

The game had some nice ideas and concepts but ultimately it failed in every aspect
