why does Square DRM the hell out of new titles but leave HD remakes

maybe more money is at risk with the new titles

I imagine less time and resources go into a remaster or port

That's probably right, its such a shame. Hitman was the only game that felt worthy of $60 last year but I can't bring myself to spend a cent on it because of the fuckawful DRM.

the hd re-release of X wasnt even an actual re-release. They changed the textures and they look like crap.
